Terms of service

1. The service

Obseras (obseras.com) monitors public web resources — websites, feeds, PDFs, APIs and repositories — and notifies you when they change. The service is currently in beta.

Obseras is operated by Svetlin Tzvetanov Minkov, a private individual based in Karnobat, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].

2. Your account

You need an account to use Obseras. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. One person or company per account.

3. Acceptable use

Watch only resources you're allowed to access. Don't use Obseras to overload third-party sites, scrape private or paywalled content, or break any law or the terms of the sites you monitor. We may throttle or suspend watches that cause harm.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro € 1.99 / month, Business € 9.99 / month) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time — your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Because access is granted immediately, monthly payments already made are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong email [email protected] and we'll make it right.

6. No warranty

Obseras is provided "as is". We work hard to catch every change, but we can't guarantee that checks always run, that diffs are complete, or that notifications always arrive. Don't rely on Obseras as your only safeguard for critical obligations.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
